As this is a technical product it is best to call / email us with your initial enquiry you can then send us your file either by email, FTP upload or by sending us a disc.

I have never ordered large format printing before how do I order ?
If you have a file ready to print, simply add the number of posters you require to basket and checkout.
Once you have placed the order you will need to send us the file which can be done via email (up to 5mb), upload to our FTP site or on disc through the post
Alternatively we can simply take the order details over the phone on 0115 9384711 or alternatively email us your contact number and we will call you straight back
What type of files can you accept?
We would prefer a JPEG or TIFF file, alternatively a print ready PDF with the fonts embedded is fine.
We do accept most other formats but to speed up your order we would recomend a JPEG or TIFF file
Can you make my files bigger / smaller ?
We can resize pictures, however this needs to be done in proportion do as to not to distort the image - we will advise once we receive your files
In addition if we are enlarging the file needs to be of a sufficient original size and at a resolution of at least 300 DPI
How do I send you my files?
If the file size is up to 5MB you could email it to us at Sales@largeformatonline.co.uk
If the file size is over 5MB you can upload it to our FTP server
Alternatively you can send it to us on disc, click the contact us tab at the top of the page for our address details<
